TRANSFORMATIONAL SAPARA EXPERIENCE

The Naku center is located in their territory in the Ecuadorian Amazon, one of the most biodiverse places in the world. It is with open arms that they welcome all who are seeking to heal, reconnect with nature, and experience the sacred ways of the Sapara.

In facing their extinction, they seek to preserve their ancestral knowledge and the forest they call home. Naku ensures the sustainability of their culture while providing people with the sacred healing they need, aided by traditional and local plant medicine.

The Sapara Immersion experience consists of 4 nights in the Llanchama Cocha community. The experience includes lodging, healing ceremonies and activities, and nutritious vegetarian meals for the duration of the journey.  Some of the activities one will experience during the retreat is trekking in the jungle, learning about medicinal plants, traditional cleansing and healing ceremonies, learning how the women make ceramics, camping along the river, learning how to make the traditional chicha drink, working in the garden and more!
